This membership is all about getting you quality written content faster and more efficiently. Writing good content requires hours of focused time. Without meetings, we’re able to maximize the full value of your investment by allocating 100% of your payment directly to producing great work.
Through a shared dashboard with messaging and voice recording functions, we’ll communicate consistently, at the convenience of each party.
Really can’t live without meetings? Add on a monthly strategy call so we can allocate dedicated time to discuss specific goals over video call.

You may log requests in your queue as often as you need, and we will work on them one by one (or two at a time for the writing+ package). This ensures we can prioritize and deliver quality work in a reasonable timeframe.

We believe in working swiftly (but not rushing). Working on one priority at a time ensures we can produce quality written content for you, more swiftly. However, we know sometimes priorities change. If, during the course of us working on one project, you need us to shift gears, just let us know and we’ll switch over to that one until you need us to switch again.

The beauty of this membership is that it’s customized to your needs. How much we can achieve together depends on the number and nature of your requests.

We’ll invite you to a shared dashboard which will serve as the central hub for all our projects and communications. Think of it like an inbox where you can capture, organize, and prioritize your to-dos. When an idea pops into your head, simply pop it into the queue.
We’re all about flexibility. You can write your request out directly in the dashboard space, share a Google doc, or record a voice or video message. As long as it can be linked through the dashboard, it’s all good.
For larger projects, we’ll ask you fill out a quick briefing form to gather necessary info before we begin writing.

On average, we aim to return drafts to you in about 3-5 business days. More complex projects (like a multi-page report, entirely new website copy, or a grant proposal) will take a bit longer. In this event, we’ll break the project down into pieces and provide you with regular updates.

We designed this membership with flexibility in mind. Your business isn’t static and your needs aren’t either. We aren’t interested in locking you into a long contract.
If you'd like to cancel or pause your membership, please let us know at least 10 business days before your next scheduled payment to give us time to process your request and wrap up any loose ends.

The membership service is designed for businesses looking for recurring writing and editing support and/or guaranteed access to support without having to wait. If you have a single or set number of projects, contact us about a la carte services.

We are unable to issue refunds for work that’s already been completed, or in the event that a client does not pause or cancel their membership. In the membership arrangement, the client is responsible for initiating projects. If you have a slow month and don’t need our help, simply pause your subscription and come back when you’re ready – your membership will pick up where you left off.
